Southside headquarters is located on a nine acre campus in Walterboro, South Carolina. The company is located in a Small Business HUBZone. The HUBZone program was created by the U.S. government in 1997 as a way to stimulate economic development and create jobs, gives contracting preference to small businesses located in "historically underutilized business zones." The Company maintains a Sales and Marketing office in the greater Washington D.C. metropolitan area as well.
